Thank you for shopping with Color Me. Please review our refund policy below:

Size Exchange: We accept size exchanges within 7 days (local order) or 10 days (global order) of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Customer covers return shipping.

No Refunds

Defective or Damaged Items: In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Changes to Refund Policy: We reserve the right to update this policy at any time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
